We have worked hard to make our board a stylish and comfortable for our guests, and we would like to maintain good relations with our neighbors so that our guests can continue to enjoy this beautiful home in a great location.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. The property is located in an old building, so that the excessive noise can be heard easily. Be considerate of our neighbors ' homes.
In case of loss, breakage or the like, of the keys, the fee will be € 50 per game.
Clutter / cleaning excessive: 50 € to 500 €.
Repair / replacement of damaged items.
Expenditure on administrative management, 20 € per hour spent in management.
Noise complaint from neighbors, 200 euros.
Call the police, to €1,000.
Smoking inside the room, and €500.
Bring any type of pet in the apartment, 100 €.
Exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment, to € 1,000 to €30,000.
If the tenant causes any problems with the neighbors or the police, corroborarán the facts and, if it is verified, the tenant agrees to leave the apartment immediately, including all the parties involved.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
El cliente deberá abonar el 50% del precio total en el momento de efectuar la reserva. Este importe no es reembolsable.
– Dentro de los 7 días anteriores a la llegada, se cobrará el otro 50%.
– Si el cliente cancela 7 días antes de la llegada se le reembolsará el 50%.
– Si el cliente cancela dentro de los 7 días anteriores a la llegada tendrá que pagar el precio total de la reserva.
– Si el cliente no se presenta, tendrá que pagar el precio total de la reserva.
– Si la tarjeta de crédito del cliente es denegada en el segundo cargo del 50%, le notificaremos para que modifique la tarjeta de crédito o nos facilite una nueva, de lo contrario cancelaremos la reserva en un plazo de 24 horas.
– Las solicitudes de cancelación deben notificarse por correo electrónico.

Self Check-in: we don't have a wizard of receipt in Marisol Guesthouse, so make sure that you let us know your arrival time so that we can ensure a self check-in fast and efficient.
You will be sent instructions special check-in by e-mail or WhatsApp. Follow the guidelines to ensure a self check-in without problems.

Please note that for reservations of 3 or more guests, we require a deposit of 200 € as a retention of the credit card and be reimbursed within 7 days of departure.
