We have worked hard to make our board a stylish and comfortable for our guests, and we would like to maintain good relations with our neighbors so that our guests can continue to enjoy this beautiful home in a great location.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. The property is located in an old building, so that the excessive noise can be heard easily. Be considerate of our neighbors ' homes.

In case of loss, breakage or the like, of the keys, the fee will be € 50 per game.
Clutter / cleaning excessive: 50 € to 500 €.
Repair / replacement of damaged items.
Expenditure on administrative management, 20 € per hour spent in management.
Noise complaint from neighbors, 200 euros.
Call the police, to €1,000.
Smoking inside the room, and €500.
Bring any type of pet in the apartment, 100 €.
Exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment, to € 1,000 to €30,000.

If the tenant causes any problems with the neighbors or the police, corroborarán the facts and, if it is verified, the tenant agrees to leave the apartment immediately, including all the parties involved.

CANCELLATION POLICY (DOES NOT APPLY TO AIRBNB)

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel at any time after the 14 days before arrival.

If the guest does not show, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price within the 72 hours prior to arrival.

Remember, do not accept cancellations by phone call, and should be informed by e-mail or WhatsApp at least one week before day of arrival. There are No exceptions to this rule.

In case of no show the day of your arrival or late cancellation, Marisol Guesthouse reserves the right to charge you for the costs of cancellation of the booking and will be cancelled.

Self Check-in: we don't have a wizard of receipt in Marisol Guesthouse, so make sure that you let us know your arrival time so that we can ensure a self check-in fast and efficient.
You will be sent instructions special check-in by e-mail or WhatsApp. Follow the guidelines to ensure a self check-in without problems.
It is mandatory to check-in online prior to your arrival, make sure you have received your link prior to check-in
Check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: From 20:00 to 23:00, £ 10 and from 23:00 to 01:00, 15 €.
Please note that for reservations of 3 or more guests, we require a deposit of 200 € as a retention of the credit card and be reimbursed within 7 days of departure.
